Our workshops give attendees a chance to unpack a particular skill, technique or posture, and linger a bit longer than a regular practice.

Our courses give attendees a chance to meet at the same time every week to practice yoga in a group setting. Learning yoga from the very beginning or continual study.

A chance to explore and to ask questions, giving attendees more time to sink in, reflect and learn.
